THURSDAY OCTOBER 17 & FRIDAY OCTOBER 18 • 6:00–8:30 PM • It's time for our signature Halloween FUNdraiser: The Family Halloween Party & Pumpkin Auction! Come play carnival games, share snacks, watch a magic show, take photos, enter raffles, and bid on decorated pumpkins! We'll also have some silent auction items available for bids this year, including a Burley Honeybee! So how does it all work?

• PUNCHCARDS: Purchase Halloween punchcards here for $10 each. Each pre-ordered punchcard will have eleven punches. Punchcards purchased at the event will have ten punches.

One child and *up to* two adults can attend with the purchase of each punchcard, but please note: more than one punchcard will be needed to try everything at the event! We recommend purchasing more than one. Any leftover punches can be used for raffle tickets.

Use punches for our 10+ carnival games, two photo booths, snacks, face painting and raffle tickets (most attractions will cost 1 punch; face-painting and snacks may cost multiple punches). We will have multiple craft projects, coloring sheets, a magic show and a Pumpkin Auction that do not require punchcards.


HOW TO CHECK IN AT THE EVENT: Capacity will be limited and we will have a guest list at the door. No one will be admitted who is not on the guest list. You'll be asked for an ID or receipt and then receive your punchcards at the gate. 

There will be two entrances this year! If you or your children would prefer to avoid the view of the Halloween store while you wait, we'll have a line up the stairs to enter our side door. This will also mean shorter lines to entry!

After you complete your purchase here, you'll be sent a link within 24 hours to complete your registration to ensure we have all the correct details for our guest list!

Remember: you will need to purchase at least one punchcard for each child who will attend the event. 


LIMITATIONS: *Non-frightening costumes are welcome for all of our guests; no latex face masks, horror, gore, or realistic weapons please! **As per our usual policy, no children will be admitted without an adult, and no adults will be admitted without children. ***Please note: this event is a fundraiser for Adventure! Children's Museum, to ensure uninterrupted programs in 2025. Programs include family favorites like Art Class, Sensory Time, Yoga, Saturday Performances, Museums for All, and more! Purchase of a punchcard is required for membership families as well as our other guests. Please bid generously on auction items if you can. * ****Guests unable to attend due to illness, injury, or other family emergency can call the Saturday after the event (10/19) to request a box of craft projects, treats, and carnival prizes. One box per unclaimed punchcard. Please do not attend if anyone in your family is ill.

PUMPKIN AUCTION:  At 7 p.m. each night of the event, bid on decorated pumpkins in our live pumpkin auction! Pumpkins must be purchased using cash or credit; no punchcards will be accepted as payment for pumpkins.
